Please take a look at the video below. It clearly illustrates the path we should take with Global Climate Change.

Great presentation. Nice to see someone using logic and truth tables to analyze contrary positions on an issue.

I looked up truth tables in wikipedia and found more different kinds than you could shake a stick at. Oh well, better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick...

State of the planet, in graphics from the BBC News, again.
The graphics presentation is part of a larger story on the UN GEO4 report titled Humans failing the sustainability audit.

With its Geo-4 report, the United Nations tells us that most aspects of the Earth's natural environment are in decline; and that the decline will affect us, the planet's human inhabitants, in some pretty important ways.

Some other good links at the above BBC pages, including one that says that DNA samples have revealed that Neanderthals were redheads. This of course doesn't mean that our species' redheads are part Neanderthal. Current thought is that Neanderthals were an evolutionary dead end, with the most recent evidence found on Gibraltar from over 20,000 years ago. Only took our species about 20,000 years to wipe out the Neanderthals. (More than 14,000 years before some people believe the universe came into existence - interesting to note that written communication has been around for about 6000 years).
Looking at the graphics link above lends support to my own naive theory that homo sapiens is also an evolutionary dead end, blondes, brunettes, redheads et al.
