yawn, another record high

On Wednesday (Sep. 27) the temperature in Halifax reached 30.5 degrees C, which an Environment Canada meterologist said 'shattered, imploded and destroyed" previous records. The seasonal norm is circa 17 degrees. There has hardly been any turning of leaves and only shorter days and flowering of the native asters assure me that fall is really on its way.

see a movie, sing a song, love one another. The world may suck but we can live until we die. And as jim morrison once said, no one gets out of here alive. Anyway, poignant movie to rent, poignant song to sing along with.

and one for you, dan!:

Thanks for those great videos! I think Robert Carlyle is an amazing actor, so I'm looking forward to that movie. And of course, who can resist the Muppets? :)
