So this elephant in Kenya sends a text message to the wildlife preserve ranger and says "I'm going rogue again, I'm off the reservation!" and the ranger texts back "That's funny, you don't look like Sarah Palin..." But seriously...how cool is it, when you can give a bull elephant a cell phone to let the rangers know it's time to shoo him back onto the preserve and away from the farms? And on a related note, there's an endangered monk seal pup that was found at 3 days of age, rescued, raised, and released into the wild with a cell phone by a group called "MOM". check out the National Geographic videos at the links.
