Nice resource from the counseling and health center. 
There usually comes a warning on these sorts of audio files that you shouldn&#039;t drive a vehicle or operate heavy machinery while listening to them. I tend to drive on autopilot anyway, so it&#039;s never affected my driving...my collisions come when I&#039;m cognitively controlling what I&#039;m doing. ;-)</description>
