Saw this music video on one of the MSNBC pundit shows -- part of it anyway -- Takes 2 weeks to go from YouTube.com to cable news. There's an excerpt from the Daily Show on Bush actually meeting Bono, in which Jon Stewart posts the picture of Richard Nixon shaking hands with Elvis Presley. Search on "bush bono" and you'll find them both

That's quite an amazing effort! I wonder if there are any other U2 songs that Bush has emitted out of sequence. Oddly, it looks like almost all of this came from one speech. Must have taken quite a while to get it all together!
