Another beastie from our trip into the Hill Country, this here's an American Snout, perched upon a fallen timber, trying to blend into the scenery as if it were a dead leaf, actually... The processing brought out the contrast a little bit more than was actually there in the original, I think, otherwise it would have been "drab brown smudge of an unidentifiable butterfly sitting on a twig"...but at last I found a match at BaMoNA
