I thought these guys were supposed to migrate through here in the spring and then spend the summer in the north. Yet, here was this brushfoot sitting on a blue mistflower this afternoon (14 May), tanking up on nectar. What with all the thunderstorms and tornadoes rolling through, it might not be a bad idea to just hang around in bob's backyard for the summer.
