So! Welcome to the new (old) Syrinx site! In order to restore comments I've had to reconstruct the site on another web host. For the moment the old site is still there, but I've put in a redirect to this new site. So you may notice funny URLs for a while.

I'll leave it like this for a bit until I'm sure everything is functioning properly, then I'll have the domain tranferred to this new web host.

Well it seems that our hosting company has disabled the comment system here on the Syrinx site. There was a security alert posted which states that there is a vulnerability in the Drupal comment module that could allow idiots to do bad things. It is very unlikely that it would affect us here, as all users have to be approved before commenting. But the hosting company doesn't want to take any chances.

I'll be patching the comment module soon, at which point we'll get our comments back. Sorry for the inconvenience!
