A Monarch

more congruous with the concept of sending in an application for a Monarch Waystation...although the Queens do outnumber the Monarchs around the mistflowers. And they do look very similar. Pretty much have to wait until they sit and sip on the flowers 'til you can tell them apart.

bob's butterfly cafe...

...sent its application in for Monarch Waystation certification today, complete with glossy photos with circles and arrows and descriptions on the back, (even though it seems all the Monarchs have long since gone to Mexico). But thought I'd post this picture (of a QUEEN butterfly) from September just to commemorate the occasion anyway.
